Colour: Dark golden.

Nose: Light and crisp with hints of vanilla, pears and citrus zest.

Palate: Integrated oak compliments pear and stone-fruit on the palate. Subtle sweet bourbon vanilla flavours with fresh acidity and herbal notes.

Finish: A clean, light & lingering finish.
