Batch 7: Peated Apera cask matured.

Released March 2024.

Maturation: Matured in French oak Apera cask.

Colour: Pale copper.

Nose: Fragrant and floral with gentle wafts of earthy, smoky peat.

Palate: On delivery a pleasant oily mouthfeel; with initial hints of dark chocolate, malt and dry sherry spice followed by deliciously rich peat notes.

Finish: A warm lingering peaty finish.

45% Alc./Vol.
