Batch 6: Tawny cask matured.

Released April 2023

Maturation: Matured in an ex-tawny French oak cask.

Colour: Deep amber.

Nose: A sweet, pleasant nose, with dark chocolate, berries, raisins and toffee.

Palate: A rich mouthfeel with robust flavours reminiscent of Christmas pudding, with hints of port, dried fruit, cinnamon and clove.

Finish: The finish is long and warming, with sweet tawny notes dominating.
