Maturation: Matured in an ex-bourbon American oak cask.

Colour: Light golden.

Nose: Gentle wafts of peat. Earthy, smoky and salty.

Palate: Smooth, subtle sweet bourbon vanilla notes marry harmoniously with the mild peat smoke flavours.

Finish: A pleasant lingering peaty finish.
